My Approach
Welcome to Priit Kaal's Counselling services here in Eaglemont (Heidelberg). My goal is to successfully support clients through challenging life events, helping them to build resilience and develop coping strategies by offering support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, loneliness & social isolation, relationship challenges, dealing with grief, workplace stress, substance abuse and addiction. My approach is empathetic and client-focused, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for all individuals.
About me
I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling (AIPC) and a Degree in Psychology from Swinburne University. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
